NTM has acquired a majority stake in the JPGS Group, effective 1 September 2026. The previous owners will remain active minority shareholders and continue to contribute to the development of the companies.
The acquisition marks a strategic step in NTM’s long-term commitment to strengthening its Trailer Business, which includes trailers, semi-trailers and bodies for heavy vehicles. The transaction will enhance NTM’s presence in the Swedish market and enable the Group to offer a broader and more competitive portfolio of products and services to customers in Sweden and across the Nordic region.
