NTM has acquired a majority stake in the JPGS Group, effective 1 September 2026. The previous owners will remain active minority shareholders and continue to contribute to the development of the companies. The acquisition marks a strategic step in NTM’s long-term commitment to strengthening its Trailer Business, which includes trailers, semi-trailers and bodies for heavy vehicles. The transaction will enhance NTM’s presence in the Swedish market and enable the Group to offer a broader and more competitive portfolio of products and services to customers in Sweden and across the Nordic region.

Last week, all eyes in the refuse collection world were on IFAT Munich 2026, the industry’s biggest international trade fair for environmental innovation and sustainability. NTM is set to take centre stage at IFAT Munich this May, transporting its ground-breaking Mini-MAS RCV to Germany for its highly anticipated European debut.

Last Friday 6.3.2026, employees at the Närpes factory gathered for the CEO’s Corner, where the 2025 financial year was reviewed together with the company’s management. The event offered an opportunity to reflect on an exceptionally successful year – which was also the company’s anniversary year, #NTM75.

After many years of dedicated service at NTM, Mats Winter, Head of the Trailer Division, will retire. Anssi Alasaari has been appointed as the new Director and General Manager for the Trailer Division.
