NTM-GB Ltd warrant that if any part of your Purchased equipment, which to NTM-GB’s satisfaction, becomes defective due to faulty manufacture or materials, or otherwise not satisfactory quality within Twelve Months from the date of Warranty Registration of your new vehicle, the parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge including free call out, subject to NTM-GB Ltd first year terms and conditions of warranty as per page one of this document.
YEARS 2/3 - EXTENDED PARTS AND LABOUR COVER
Assemblies and Components covered: (Any part or component not listed below is specifically excluded)
COMPONENTS: Packer Plate Cylinders, Carriage Plate Cylinders, Tailgate Lift Cylinders, Ejection Cylinder, Packer Plate, Carriage Plate* Tailgate structure does not include hopper throat plate wear, Ejection Plate and Hydraulic Valves.
STRUCTURE: Body Structure – Floor, Roof Sides, Front and Rear Frames* Tailgate Structure.
Customer Responsibility
The following terms and conditions apply in addition to the Standard Terms and Conditions page one:
1.To submit an annual inspection report to NTM-GB Ltd, carried out by a competent person or organisation qualified in the repair and maintenance of NTM-GB Ltd equipment, within Ten working days of the anniversary date of Warranty registration each year, or Fifty operating hours either side of the annual total of 1,300 operating hours if sooner. Annual inspections can be arranged by contacting NTM-GB Ltd.
2.If the inspection shows that materials/parts have to be replaced, this must be done within Ten working days of the inspection or Fifty operating hours if sooner. Note NTM-GB Ltd genuine parts must be used.
General
1.The terms of this guarantee will apply throughout the warranty period, provided the number of operating hours does not exceed 1,300 within any 12-month period.
2.Failure to operate and maintain the equipment in accordance with the extended cover policy renders the guarantee null and void and the standard one-year warranty cover will only apply.
